Default Not what the copyright maximalists wanted

Well, my stance on copyright is probably quite well known around here. I am not anti-copyright as such, but I do think current laws are much too strong, too long-lasting, and tilted too far in the direction of content owners (as opposed to content creators).

Found an article where the European Comission had buried another scientific reserarch paper, that it itself comissioned, due to the paper not reaching the result the copyright maximalists wanted.
