Default Avocado Salad with Vienna Sausage, mixed in bag

One of my favorite meals is Avocado Salad, either served on bread as a sandwich, or eaten straight (or with bread and tomato), my normal method of preparation being:

1 avocado, removed from skin and with seed removed
Generous splash mayo
Generous spoonful or splash minced garlic, but not as much as the mayo
Modest splash mustard

Flail vigorously with knife until combined, occasionally using spoon in a paper bowl
(really, its very similar to egg salad, except green, and using avocados which taste different and easier to prepare than boiled eggs)

Anyway, today I made two new awesome discoveries to this recipe
1. Vienna Sausages, which for some reason I developed a great craving for recently, add very well in taste and texture to the recipe!
2. You can put all the ingredients in the sandwich bag and mash by hand, making you remember making 'Astronaut food' pudding in pre school!
