Default Cabinet Cleaning Soup

One of my families traditions is cabinet cleaning soup, which is an always varying dish of prizes from the cabinet or freezer

This weekend's version
2 lbs pork carnitas stew meat, browned
1 can sliced beets
1 large jar mushrooms
1 can mild Rotel
1 can Mexican style Rotel
2 cans whole tomatoes, sliced
2 cans new potatoes (1 sliced in can, other sliced after)
1 quart box bone broth
1 can sweet peas
1 large sweet onion
1 can baby corn nuggets
Splashes of Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper and pink salt

Combine in stock pot and simmer a good while till ingredients tender
